I am a Registered Dietitian, and I teach Nutrition at the University of NM as well as Math, German and Health at Calvary Christian Academy in Albuquerque. Math, Science, and Languages are my favorite subjects, and I love to see kids (and adults) learn. I am a Christian; I love the Bible, and I teach Sunday School at my church. I also make quilts.
